The following are the services Peek-a-Boo Baby Planners offer. We have compiled a list of services which cover all aspects that new parents would require assistance with when planning for their new baby’s arrival. Our services can be purchased as ‘a la cart’ or as one of our pre-defined packages, however, nothing is too big or small for our company and we will custom tailor a package to meet your specific needs. Most of our packages start at $400 and our ‘a la carte’ services start at $100.

Personal Shopping guide - Walkthrough and product education

Looking through a baby store can be very intimidating, we will take you out, discuss the baby products that are right for you and your baby and explain everything you need to know about the products we discuss.


What a Layette consists of

We will explain what a layette consists of, what you should be looking for and the quantity you will want to purchase. We will point you in the right direction or even shop for you.

Hospital tour check lists

You want to be prepared for your labor. We have created a list of questions you will want to ask when you go for your hospital tour. We can even set you up with a doula for your birth.

Baby gear demonstrations

Do strollers intimidate you, do car seats terrify you? We will show you how to set up all your baby gear and how to use each one properly. Your fears will melt away, leaving you feeling like a baby gear king or queen.

Daycare Prep and how to choose which is right for you and baby

One of the most difficult decisions you will make as a parent is choosing a daycare/nanny for your child. We will help you determine which setting is right for you and your baby and even help you choose your daycare provider.

Adoption support

Adoption is an amazing experience but it can be frustrating and nerve racking. Nicole has been through it and will be there for you through it all. Let her ease your fears and help you every step of the way.

Being pregnant is a wonderful time in your life, let’s go shopping and purchase clothes that will reflect your style and make you feel like the beautiful woman you are.

List of midwives, doulas and doctors

Now that you are pregnant, you begin to wonder what type of birth you want. Maybe you have heard of Midwives and Doulas or maybe you haven’t. We will explain what the role of each and help you determine if either or both are right for you. We have met with midwives and doulas in the area and can provide you with a list to contact.

When and what to introduce to baby

Knowing when and what to introduce to your baby can be very stressful, we will give you the information you need to make you confident that you are and introducing products, activities and solids to your baby at the appropriate time.

How to purchase on a budget

We have created a list of all things baby you will need and given you an average that you can expect to pay for each item. We will even show you the items that you can save on, in order to splurge on the few items you really want.

Baby gear delivery and set up

We will pick up the baby gear you require and bring it home to you. We will assemble and set everything up, so you can relax and leave all the instructions sheets and millions of screws up to us.
Car seat installation and inspection


Car seat inspection and installation

Installing your car seat properly is not as easy as you think. Studies show that as many as 90% of car seats are installed incorrectly. We will have someone install and inspect your car seat, so you can be assured your new little one will be safe.

In-home spa treatments

Enjoy some much deserved pampering in the comfort of your own home. We will set up and organize everything so all you need to do is relax and enjoy a moment for yourself.

Meal prep and dinner delivery

The last thing you will want to do when you come home with your new baby is cook. We will arrange for a dinner delivery service for a time period of your choice. You will be able to choose from a menu and have all meals delivered directly to you.

Errand services

Whether you are extremely busy, fatigued, have just brought baby home, or maybe even on bed-rest, you may need help with your daily errands. We will arrange to have someone do your groceries, pick up your dry-cleaning, walk your pet or anything else you may require assistance with.

Cleaning services

We can arrange to have a cleaner clean you house during your pregnancy or after for as little or as long as you need.

Mom's Clubs

Need some adult conversation or someone to go to stars and strollers with. We will connect you with other moms in your area and plan get togethers for your group.

Play Groups

We will connect you with other mom’s and their babies and arrange fun outings that everyone will enjoy.

Infant/child CPR

Knowing what to do in an emergency will provide you with peace of mind. We can arrange private classes or group sessions to get you CPR certified.

Prenatal courses

There are several different pre-natal classes offered throughout the city. Let us help you choose the right one for you and get you registered. Classes can be offered privately or in a group setting.

Muralists

A mural can be the “Pièce de résistance” that will complete your baby’s nursery. We have teamed up with the very best mural designer who will create anything your heart desires. He also makes wooden letters and canvas paintings custom created to fit your theme for the nursery.

Birth Announcements

Although you may feel like shouting from the roof tops telling everyone about the arrival of your baby or even your pregnancy, may we suggest cute, stylish birth/pregnancy announcements instead. Our Announcement queen will help you create an announcement that everyone will be awing over.

Belly Casting

If you want something to remember your pregnant belly by, there is no better way than having a belly cast created. We have teamed up with the best caster and she will make your casting experience one that you will treasure forever. We will book your appointment for you and you will receive an exclusive offer only given to Peek-a-Boo Baby Planners clients.

Baby Imprints

They only stay tiny for such a short while. Having their hands and/or feet imprinted is such a beautiful way to remember this time. All imprints are framed and there are countless options available to you. We have teamed up with Kerrie from Wee Piggies and Paws to help you create your babies shadow box. Diaper Cakes

A diaper cake is a perfect addition to a baby shower or a unique way to wrap gifts to a pregnant woman. Choose from Diaper cakes that Blooming Bundles has created or we can design a custom cake filled with all the best baby products.

Nursery Stocking and organization

Baby products “oh my”! Let us fill your nursery with everything you need and organize it so everything you need will always be right at your finger tips.

 

Our Packages

Pampering mommy and her bump

This is the complete pamper package. We will arrange a massage, manicure, pedicure, hair cut and blow dry to completely relax and spoil you. Peek-a-Boo Baby planners will then take you home where they will unveil a selection of maternity clothes chosen specifically for you to try on in the comfort of your own home.

Bump Paparazzi

A package created to capture 2 amazing moments in life, your pregnancy and your newborn baby. We will personally arrange a maternity shoot with Amber Shereen Photography during your last few weeks of pregnancy. We will take you shopping to purchase a few pieces for the photo shoot. Your hair and make-up will also be set up for the day of the shoot. During the first week of your baby’s life we will organize a photo shoot for your new bundle of joy and help you purchase a few outfits and props for their first time in the spot light.

Nursery Design and Set Up

Peek-a-Boo Baby Planners will meet with you at your home to get a sense of your style and to discuss your hopes for the nursery. A consult with our mural designer will also be set up at this time to come up with a plan for your nursery walls. We will then come up with our design and present it to you. Once the design has been finalized we will purchase all items, set up the nursery and unveil your baby’s room.

Shop till we Drop

This is the ultimate shopping experience. Peek-a-Boo Baby Planners will take you to all the best shops to help you choose everything for you and your baby. This package will be done over two days. The first day will be all about you. We will shop for maternity clothes, creams, pillows “oh my”. The second day will be denicated to your baby. We will shop for gear, the nursery and everything in between. We will have you prepared in no time. All purchases will be delivered and set up in your home. We will also give you a refresher on how to use all gear purchased.

Get Baby Proof

Once your baby is home and you are settled, you will begin to think about baby proofing your home. We will come to your home, listen to your concerns and help you determine what items you will need to keep your baby safe at home. We will make all safety purchases for you and install them in your home. We will also register you in a private/group infant CPR class.

Let's Celebrate

With a new baby on the way, let’s celebrate. This is the perfect gift to surprise your daughter, sister, wife or even your best friend. Hire us to throw her the shower of her dreams. We will arrange everything from invites, to location, to food, to decorations and games. On the day sit back and enjoy the party with the guest of honor and we will see to it that this is a shower to remember.

Post Shower Sift and Sort

After your shower we will help you organize all your wonderful gifts. We will return all duplicates for you and set up and organize your nursery so you are ready for your little ones arrival.

Going Green

Having the least impact on the environment will help assure you are doing your part for your children and their children to have a greener, healthier world to grow old in. There are so many baby products available that are “green”. We will help you determine what organic and natural items you need and shop with you to purchase them. We will also give you a private/group baby food making session, so that you can make food that you know is safe and healthy for your growing baby.

Grandparents Dream

While we are busy getting our homes and selves ready for the arrival of our babies, grandparents often want to do the same. We will help grandparents prepare for their new grandbaby. We will help them set up a nursery in their home, purchase and set up gear and even have a car seat installed. Peek-a-Boo Baby Planners is there to help grandparents prepare for their precious little angel.

Baby SOS

This is our supreme package. We will be there for you from pregnancy to after your baby is born. We will answer all of your questions day or night. We will take you maternity shopping, give you product guidance, set up your registry, and teach you how to change a diaper, swaddle your infant, first bath and everything in between.
